Refund policy

Return items accepted must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, odor and fragance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lingerie must be returned with all tags & hygienic liner attached. Please try on garments over underwear.

All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

 We offer free return shipping on store credit.

We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
